It is a healing method which dates to 100BC in ancient China and over the centuries has undergone many modifications. Except of the traditional Chinese acupuncture there are various other types. One of them is dry needling.
Dry needle is an effective method to face muscular tension and twitches. It is applied by inserting an acupuncture needle in the muscle to relieve potential myoperitoneal trigger points.
